Anti-reflective surfaces can be combined with other DURALAN II filter features to meet a variety of custom requirements. Filters for the smallest to the largest commercial displays are available, in thicknesses from .007" to .500" and sizes up to 44" x 60". The ability to incorporate multicolor logos, masks, and other artwork designs into DURALAN II filter products provides users with an aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-maintain display filter.

Vandal Shields for Large LCD Displays

Silver Cloud Manufacturing’s DURALAN II™ contrast enhancement filters offer features that make them excellent vandal shields for large, expensive LCD displays. Available in various thicknesses and in the + 40” diagonal sizes commonly used in large LCD display systems,
they are scratch and chemical resistant.

DURALAN II rugged vandal shield filters are offered in several surface finishes, designed for anti-glare, maximum light transmission properties, and durability. Finishes are selected to provide optimum viewing of the LCD display based on application. DURALAN II filters are constructed of high performance plastics and can meet various compliance regulation requirements. Filters can be designed to include EMI/RFI shielding and ESD protection.
