Silver Cloud’s DURALAN II™ A/R Anti-Reflective filters were developed for flat panel displays that are used in outdoor environments. Ideal for use with laptops and portable hand-held devices that are frequently used outdoors where sunlight readability is important, DURALAN II A/R helps improve light transmission and enhances contrast. DURALAN II™ filters with anti-reflective coating have been effectively used in GPS systems, field instruments, medical monitors, and other portable devices.
DURALAN II A/R can be combined with other DURALAN II filter features to meet a variety of custom requirements. Filters can be designed to include EMI/RFI shielding and ESD protection, making them a good choice for mobile medical systems and other sensitive analytical devices.
Filters for the smallest to the largest commercial displays are available, in thicknesses from .020” to .250” and sizes up to 22” x 44”. The ability to incorporate multicolor logos, masks, and other artwork designs into DURALAN II filter products provides users with an aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-maintain display filter.
